Important Notice Regarding Foreign Transactions!
For your protection, beginning Aug 19, 2005, all foreign transactions will be blocked with the exception of Mexico and Canada.  Should you desire to use your ATM or Debit card in any other country, there is a form that must first be submitted.  A $10 International Transaction exemption fee charged by Instant Cash will apply.
