About this Contest

 
In honor of 130 years of First National Bank of Milaca (FNB) in 2027, we are going to create a special community calendar! Your picture of the Milaca, Isle, Gilman or Zimmerman community could be part of this calendar! The photographers who take the 12 pictures selected for the calendar will receive $130 per photo selected. In addition, one winner will receive $1,300 for the “best photo” category as selected by FNB’s Facebook followers.
 
We want to thank our communities and showcase the people and places we've come to know and love. Whether you are a customer, a business, community member, or visitor of our Milaca, Isle, Gilman or Zimmerman communities, you can enter the photo contest for a chance to win cash and a place in our 2027 FNB Calendar!

 

We Want to See Your...

The goal is to get pictures from each of the areas we serve, showing the communities and their beautiful locations while keeping different seasons in mind with the month the photo will be used in the calendar.
  • Favorite Space
    • Photo submissions to this category should showcase your favorite small business within our community (Milaca, Isle, Gilman, or Zimmerman). Think coffee shops, greenhouses, or your favorite restaurant.
  • Role in Our Communities
    • Photo submissions to this category should highlight contributions to the community (Milaca, Isle, Gilman, or Zimmerman) such as volunteerism, local small businesses at work, our recreational areas in action, or other ways you may connect to the community. Whether it is coaching little league, helping local non-profit, or serving up the community's best menu items, we want to see it. 

 

This is an amateur photo contest, go ahead, get out there and capture a community moment or dig into your favorite archives, no matter your experience behind the camera. 

 

Important Dates

  • February 2, 2026 - March 31, 2026 - Submit Community Pictures
    • To Enter
      1. Click on the green "Submit Your Photo" button below. Complete the form and submit your low-resolution photo. 
      2. Submit your high-resolution photo to our Google drive by sharing it with webmaster@fnbmilaca.com.
        • All users will need to have an active Google Drive
        • Upload your photo to your Google Drive
        • Share your photo with webmaster@fnbmilaca.com. 
  • April 24, 2026 - 12 Calendar Photos Chosen by Allen Brothers, owners of FNB
    • Photographer names will not be provided to Allen Brothers to keep selection anonymous.
    • Each winning photo will receive $130. The same person can submit more than one photo and can win more than once. 
  • June 2026- August 21, 2026 - The 12 winning pictures of the 2027 calendar will be posted on First National Bank of Milaca's Facebook.
    • The photo with the most reactions (like, loves, wows, etc.) on the original post wins $1,300.00
  • August 21, 2026, at noon CST - Facebook Voting Ends. Winner will be notified.
  • August 24, 2026 - Public presentation of Facebook post photo winner.
  • August 24, 2027 - FNB's 130th Anniversary of Serving Our Communities.

What to know before you submit

  • Entry Requirements

    To apply for the photo contest, participants must submit a high-resolution photo that meets the applications, press quality pdf, submission format, layout, and image requirements. If using a cellphone, set the camera at the highest resolution. Photos should be landscape (horizontal) layout, not portrait (vertical) layout for best results. All photos submitted through the application process become the property of First National Bank of Milaca and are approved for marketing use. Photos must be submitted by the photographer who took the photo (copyright free, royalty free, and original photos only). All age-appropriate content only. Submit using the form and Google Drive.

FNB 2027 Anniversary Community Photo Calendars Available at All Branches

Look for calendars beginning November 2026, while supplies last.

 

Participation must meet all requirements. Need not be a customer of First National Bank of Milaca to participate in photo contest.
